Canadian born and raised in a tight knit military family, Kimberley learned from an early age to work hard for her horse obsession. At the age of 12 she was already working in the barn to afford her weekly lessons.
Kimberley now lives in Frederick, MD with her husband Bryan and two dogs Brae and Colt. She also works part-time as a small animal veterinary technician to help fund her riding career.
Kimberley has worked and ridden for Canadian olympian Ian Millar, Canadian World Cup rider Gary VanderPloeg and USDF gold medalist Todd Bryan. Her riding career has taken her far afield including training in Germany, Holland and Denmark.
Having shown internationally up to FEI Intermediare I, Kimberley is also at the forefront of riding and promoting the Cheval Canadien in the upper levels of dressage. Our belief at True North is that having happy, sound athletes is of the utmost importance.
